分析了华南农业大学图书馆读者满意度调查问卷,探讨了针对读者需求,改善图书馆环境、提高资源建设质量和服务水平的措施。
This paper has analyzed the questionnaires on the readers＇ satisfaction rate in the library of South China Agricultural University, explored the measures to improve library environment and enhance the quality of resource construction and service level based on readers＇ demands.
