图书馆采编工作的现状分析及对策

Analysis of Current Situation of Library Acquisition and Its Countermeasures

针对采编工作对象和工作模式的变化,分析了图书馆采编工作的现状,并从采编业务外包、人力资源配置和采编人员自身素质等方面指出了采编工作存在的问题。在此基础上就编目工作的标准化和规范化建设、采访和编目的协作与沟通、为读者服务及人员素质4个方面,提出了提高采编工作的重要措施。

This paper has introduced the changes of work objects and patterns in acquisition and cataloguing, and analyzed the present status of editing work, at the same time pointed out existing problems from editing outsourcing, human resources and their own quality of work. On the basis of the work this paper put forward the important measures on the standardization of cataloging and standardization of construction, interviews and cataloging collaboration and communication, services for the readers and the quality of personnel.
