张家口市城乡图书馆信息服务共享体系建设研究

Study on the Construction of a Sharing System of Information Service between Libraries in Both Urban and Rural Areas in Zhangjiakou City

针对张家口市图书馆信息服务现状,分析了制约图书馆信息服务发展的因素,提出以市级公共图书馆为中心、高校图书馆为辅助,依托政府财政和公益扶持,将信息资源逐步引向县乡镇图书馆(室),形成以城带乡、城乡一体化协调发展的城乡图书馆信息服务共享体系,创造良好的图书馆区域发展环境。

According to the current situation of information service in Zhangjiakou libraries, the author has analyzed the factor that restrains the development of information service, proposed a share system about information service between libraries in urban and rural areas which is a kind of integration of urban and rural areas. This system, centered in public libraries in cities, aided by university libraries and supported by government finance and public good services, will lead information resources in cities into libraries in counties, villages and towns and create a good regional development environment of library.
