推焦机推焦除尘信号自动控制的应用

Application of automatic control for pushing de-dusting signal of the pusher machine

采用PLC控制系统实现推焦信号的自动传输、推焦时间的自动控制、推焦除尘系统的联锁等功能。系统改造后有效提高了推焦过程中除尘系统对焦炉粉尘的捕集,解决了除尘效果不稳定等问题,保障了主体设备的安全和人身安全,更有效地发挥了除尘风机变频器的节电作用。

The PLC control system was used to realize the functions of pushing signal automatic transfer, automatic control of pushing time and interlocking of pushing de-dusting system. After modification of the system, the capture efficiency for coke oven dust in the de-dusting system during pushing was increased, the unstable de-dusting efficiency issue had been solved. Both the main equipment safety and personal safety can be ensured, the electric power saving function can be effectively brought into play.
