摘要 从元素组成、形貌特征及微观结构方面分析了焦炉炉墙石墨的性质,研究了焦炉石墨与空气反应的动力学。结果表明,沉积石墨主要由分层明显的沉积碳组成,元素硫易于在石墨中沉积。通过Scherrer’s方程分析了沉积石墨的晶体结构,沉积石墨中的晶体是十分微小、不完整的类似石墨晶体的微晶。沉积石墨与空气反应速度曲线分3个阶段,提高焦炉石墨与空气反应的温度,使反应处于第3阶段,可提高焦炉沉积石墨的清除效率。 The element composition, morphology and micro-structure of carbon deposit in coking chamber were analyzed, its reaction kinetics of carbon deposit with air were studied. The results showed that carbon deposit was mainly composed of obviously layered carbon deposit. Elemental sulfur is easy to deposit in carbon deposit. By means of Scherrer' s equation, crystal structure of carbon deposit was analyzed, crystal deposited in carbon deposit is extremely tiny and incomplete graphite-like micro-crystals. The reaction rate curve of carbon deposit with air was divided into three stages, to increase the' reaction temperature of carbon deposit in coking chamber with air enable the reaction located in the third stage and can improve the removal efficiency of carbon deposit in coking chamber.
