摘要
本文介绍了40CrNiMoA材质热处理工艺的试验研究,内容包括不同热处理工艺下的常温力学性能试验及低温冲击性能试验。结果表明,40CrNiMoA采用860℃水、油冷+550℃空冷;860℃水、油冷+570℃空冷的工艺热处理后金相组织合理,强度、硬度和低温冲击韧性均满足产品技术条件要求。
This article introduces the research on the heat treatment process of 40CrNiMoA, including tensile strength in room temperature and low temperature impact toughness through different heat treatment procedure. The results show that the water and oil quenched at 860 ℃ and tempered at 550 ℃ or 570 ℃ has the logical microstructures . The strength, hardness and low temperature impact toughness meet the requirement of technical specification.
