完善企业干部考核评价机制,要树立科学发展的理念,坚持正确的评价原则,科学质量考核评价指标,采取科学的考核评价方法,加强考核结果的应用,完善考评监督机制,为企业发展提供组织保证。
Improving assessment mechanism of enterprise cadres, we need to build a scientific concept of development, persist in a correct appraisal standard, set up the target and method in a scientific way, promote the application of the assessment, improve oversight mechanism of assessment, thus providing an organizational guarantee for enterprise development.
