面对新的形式和任务,医院思想政治工作要发挥释疑解惑、振奋精神、激发斗志的作用,更好地为医疗工作服务,就必须在教育内容、方式方法、工作作风、管理制度及德治与法治的结合上进一步创新,这是每个政工干部都应该认真思考的问题。

Facing new tasks in new situation, hospital ideological and political work must play a major role in clearing up doubts for, inspiring enthusiasm of health care personnel. Better serving the health care work requires making further innovation in some aspects including education contents and mode, work style, management system as well as combination of the rule of virtue and law, which should be taken seriously by each of political workers.
