During three years of overseas operation, Ecuadorean Project Management of Drilling Company of Jianghan Petroleum Administration, SINOPEC has been able to accurately and properly accommodate various relations. It has constantly improved HSE working conditions and made full use of resources from all sides. All this has brought the project into a safe, efficient operation.
