摘要 我国的经济已经由过去的卖方市场进入买方市场,在以买方市场为主的竞争格局中,信用交易已成为企业获取市场竞争力的必要手段和经营方式。我国信用问题突出表现在企业与企业、企业与银行之间货款或贷款的拖欠,拖欠问题始终是困扰我国经济发展的一大"顽症"。 China has stepped into a new economic competition dominated by buying parties with its former selling party overtaken by buying party. Therefore, transaction on credit is an essential way for enterprises to obtain competitive power in the market. China's credit problems lie mainly in loan or loan default among enterprises and between enterprises and banks, which always hinders its economic development.
