山菊稳压胶囊治疗高血压病(肝阳上亢证)65例

Analysis on effect and safe of Shanjuwenya Capsule on Hyperactivity of Liver-yang Syndrome in hypertensive disease

目的观察和分析山菊稳压胶囊治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、单盲、阳性药平行对照方法,将符合纳入标准的受试者分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组口服山菊稳压胶囊,对照组口服尼群地平片及山菊稳压胶囊模拟剂,8周后分析两组的用药安全性、降压及中医证候疗效。结果观察组降压显效率为56.25%,总有效率为93.75%;对照组分别为50.00%、90.32%;观察组中医证候显效率20.31%,总有效率95.31%;对照组为分别17.74%、91.94%。两组降压及中医证候疗效比较,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论用山菊稳压胶囊治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证患者具有较好的疗效和安全性。

Objective To observe and analyze the clincal effect and safe of Shanjuwenya Capsule（SC） on treating Hyperactivity of Liver-yang Syndrome（HLS） in hypertensive disease.Methods Through the randomized,single-blind and positive parallel controlled trial,patients in accord with the selective standard were divided into experimental group and control group.The former group were treated orally with SC,and the latter one were taken orally with nitrendipine and the model of SC.Safe of medication,antihypertension and alleviation of chinese medical syndromes（CMS） were analyzed between two groups after 8 weeks.Results The marked effective rate（MER） and the totle effective rate（TER） of antihypertension were 56.25% and 93.75% in the experimental group respectively,and these ones in control group were 50.00% and 90.32%.The MER and the TER for alleviating CMS were 20.31% and 95.31% in the experimental group respectively,and these ones in control group were 17.74% and 91.94%.There were insignificant difference between the two groups about effect of antihypertension and alleviation of CMS（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Effect and safety of SC on patients with HLS in hypertensive disease are good.
