康复新液治疗疣状胃炎62例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin solution on verrucous gastritis

目的观察内镜下疣状胃炎的检出率及康复新液治疗的临床疗效。方法2008年8月20日—11月18日行胃镜检查的1000例患者,胃镜下检出疣状胃炎124例,对检出的疣状胃炎患者进行临床症状、内镜下炎性反应以及病理组织学评分,并随机分为治疗组和对照组各62例,治疗组给予康复新液10 ml口服,每天3次,对照组给予硫糖铝混悬液10 ml口服,每天3次,随访观察3个月后进行临床评估并复查胃镜。结果疣状胃炎的内镜下检出率为12.4%。治疗组的消化不良症状总积分降低百分比均数为(71±12)%,高于对照组的(45±9)%(P<0.05)。治疗组内镜下炎性反应积分均数从治疗前的3.905±1.181下降至1.053±0.364,对照组从4.093±1.846降至2.097±0.836,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组病理组织学积分由治疗前的3.570±1.124下降至1.016±0.552,对照组从3.702±1.087下降至1.850±0.649,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疣状胃炎的内镜下检出率较高;康复新液对疣状胃炎的消化不良症状和内镜表现的改善优于硫糖铝混悬液。

Objective To observe the positive rate of endoscopic detection and therapeutic effection of Kangfuxin solution of verrucous gastritis. Methods Totally 1000 patients who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from August 20th 2008 to November 18th were enrolled. The positive rate of endoscopic detection of verrucous gastritis was observed and summarized. The patients were given score according to clinical symptom, inflammation and pathological appearance under endoscopy. They were divided into therapeutic and control group. Kangfuxin solution 10ml, tid,was administrated to therapeutic group,while sucralfate suspension 10ml, tid, was administrated to control group. Patients were re-detected by gastroscopy after three months＇treatment. Results The positive rate of endoscopic detection of verrucosa gastritis was 12.4%. The average percentage of total score reduction of dyspepsia symptom in therapeutic group （71±12% ） was higher than that（45 ± 9% ） in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The average score of inflammation under endoscopy decreased from 3. 905± 0. 181 before therapy to 1. 053± 0. 364 after therapy in therapeutic group,and from 4. 093 ±1. 846 to 2. 097± 0. 836 in control group. Statistical significance existed between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The histopathological score in therapeutic group decreased from 3. 570 ± 1. 142 to 1. 016 ± 0. 552,and from 3. 702± 1. 087 to 1. 850 ± 0. 649 in control group, there were significant differences between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The positive rate of endoscopic detection of verrucous gastritis is high. The therapeutic efficacy of Kangfuxin solution was better than sucralfate suspension to ameliorate dyspepsia symptom and verrucous gastritis under endoscopy.
