Miller Fisher综合征16例临床分析

摘要
1956年Miller Fisher报道3例表现为眼外肌麻痹、腱反射消失、共济失调三联征，并认为是吉兰一巴雷综合征（Guillain-Barre syndrome，GBS）的一种变异型，之后将上述三联征定义为MillerFisher综合征（MFS），近年发现Miller Fisher综合征临床特点错综复杂。其临床诊断较为困难。
