针对如何使地下空间的开发利用与人防工程防护功能的发挥相协调这一问题,结合人防工程在我国城市地下空间开发利用中的历史和现状,阐述了人防工程与地下空间开发过程中存在的问题,提出人防工程建设与城市地下空间开发相协调的方法。

Aiming at how to coordinate the development utility of the underground space and the protective functions of the civil projects, the paper combining with the history and current situation for the civil project in the development utility of urban underground space, illustrates problems in the civil projects and underground development process, and points out the methods of the way for coordinate the civil projects and the development of the urban underground space.
