摘要
结合目前国内建设市场发展趋势,介绍了以设计为龙头的工程总承包模式相对于其他总承包模式所具有的明显优势,并阐述了该模式的风险及其对策,以期提高工程建设的技术水平、质量和强化投资控制。
By combining with domestic construction market＇ s developmental tendency, the paper introduces the obvious advantages of the pro- ject general contracting model majored with the design by comparing with other general contracting model, and indicates the risks of the model and strategies, so as to improve the technology of the project construction, its quality and improve the investment control.
