城市化进程中被征地农民综合安置模式研究——以山东省淄博市为例

A Study of the Model of Comprehensive Settlement for the Requisitioned Land Peasants in Urbanization Process——Take Zibo City for Example

在城市新区开发过程中,农村集体土地被大量征用,失地农民数量迅速增加。现行的针对被征地农民的补偿与安置措施存在着诸如补偿标准低、项目少、缺乏长效机制等问题。解决被征地农民的补偿与安置问题应采取积极措施,走一条集"养老保险、医疗保险、就业培训、住房保障、墓葬改革"为一体的综合安置新路子。

During the process of new city area development, the rural collective land has been largely requisitioned so that the number of peasants without land increase rapidly. At present , in the compensatory and settling measures there are some problems, such as low standard compensation, short of projects,lack of long -acting mechanism and so on. We should positively adopt some integrated comprehensive settlement measures, such as old - age insurance, medical insurance, employment training,housing safeguard , grave reform and so on.
