芯轴旋弯式JCOE成形过程数值模拟试验

摘要 在钢板旋弯式JCOE成形过程中,板边缘容易产生"直边",影响直缝埋弧焊管质量。文章设计一种新型的可移动芯轴夹具装置,能够有效缓解直边呈现程度。采用数值模拟方法,并进行实际的预示改进装置的使用效果,试验验证结果表明,改进后的芯轴活动夹具装置对减小制品"直边"很有效,而且可行。 The edge of steel plate is difficult to be bended during the process of J-ing , C-ing and O-ing by the way of winding through a core roller and may remain the shape of linear form which is harmful to the quality of welded pipe. A new type of clamp possess mobile function along radial direction, has been provided to improve the edge bending effect of steel plate and numerical experimentation has been employed to foreshow the effect of this new type of clamp. Further experimentation in real situation shows that the improved clamp is feasible and effective in real production.
