摘要
混凝土结构裂缝不仅影响建筑物美观,尤其是影响建筑物承载力和使用寿命。混凝土产生结构裂缝原因很多,处理措施也多种多样。冻胀裂缝属于结构裂缝中的一种。通过对放水河渡槽次梁冻胀裂缝部位进行挂网,用高一个强度等级的混凝土进行修补,对主梁冻胀裂缝进行化学灌浆,并在垂直裂缝方向粘贴碳纤维布进行补强加固,并采用槽身充水试验检测,实验数据充分证明了主、次梁的整体性得到了恢复,结构的耐久性得到了保证,渡槽可以正常使用。
Cracks in concrete structures affect not only the building aesthetic.hut also the hearing capacity and service life of the building. Produce structural Crannies in concrete are many reasons, treatment measures are also diverse. The frost having cracks are one kind of cracks in concrete struettlres. The treament in Fangshui river aqueduct are: fixing net on the frost heaving cracks of the secondary girder,mending cracks hy in creasing concrete intension, chemistry grouting on the frost heaving cracks of the main girder, and reinforcing cracks in vertical direction by pasting up carbon cloth. The aqueduct body passed the water filled test, and the experimental data are sufficient to prove: the entirety of the main and sec ondary girder is recovered and durability of aqueduct structure is guaranteed.and the aqueduct can be used normally.
