王快水库溢洪道金属结构防腐蚀技术研究

Technical Study on Corrosion Prevention of the Metallic Structure at Wangkuai Reservoir Spillway

采用金属热喷涂涂层,加上涂料封闭技术,可以对钢铁基体起到长效保护与防腐功能,防腐年限一般可达20年左右。通过论述王快水库溢洪道金属结构防腐的重要性及现场挂片试验和室内加速试验,对王快水库溢洪道金属结构设备的腐蚀环境、防腐蚀措施、涂装材料、施工工艺等方面的技术问题进行了探讨,提出了王快水库溢洪道金属结构防腐方案、措施及施工工艺。

Adopting Metal-hot spraying and Coating material-sealing technology,iron matrix can be protect for long time and against corrosion,and the antiseptic-age can reach about 20 years. It stated the importance of the metallic structure technical measures for corrosion prevention at Wangkuai reservoir spillway. By adopting the experiment of the corrosion behavior and the indoor accelerated test, we made an approach to the technical problems of the metallic structure at Wangkuai reservoir spillway, and proposed some anticorrosive measures and construction technology.
