摘要
通过对现行橡胶坝设计中传统螺栓压板式锚固系统、充排水系统及坝端布置模式的研究,运用对比分析的方法,经过反复计算提出采用双锚筋及用高强螺栓连接锚固垫板和压板的新型螺栓压板式锚固构件,并与传统锚固型式进行对比分析。提出等流量等压强的充排水系统以及直墙式与斜锚式相结合的坝端布置模式,减轻橡胶坝在充水时的振动摩擦,有利于高坝的升降,并能有效防止直墙式橡胶坝塌肩现象。
It studied the traditional pressure plate bolt anchoring system ,filling and drainage system,and the model of dam-side layout in the rubber darn. After repeated calculation, proposed the new pressure plate bolts anchoring component using pairs of anchor bars and connect the anchor plate and the platen with high-strength bolts,compared and analysis with the traditional pressure plate bolt anchoring system. It proposed the e qual flow rate and pressure sufficient drainage system and dam-side layout mode combined by straight wall and inclined anchor. It can reduce the vibration of friction when water-filled,be helpful to raise and descend the high rubber dam,and prevent the dam-shoulder of straight wall rubber dam from collapse effectively.
