摘要
该文在分析了电液伺服系统数学模型的基础上,对液压元件进行了静、动态计算及分析,并用MATLAB中的动态仿真工具SIMULINK构造了电液伺服控制系统仿真模型并对其进行仿真,从而得到更为优良的设计参数,使系统更加完善。
For the strip coiler deviation problem, applying electro-hydraulic strip deviation control device.This article derived ultimately the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servo system,through analyzing servo valve' static characteristics,transfer function of electro-hydraulic servo system and cylinder.On this basis,this ar- ticle calculates and analyzes the hydraulic components'static and dynamic characteristic,and by using MATLAB soflware'dynamic simulation tool SIMULINK, constructs the simulation model of electro-hydraulic servo control system, through simulation, gets even more superior design parameters and make the system more perfect.
