健胃愈疡片对消化性溃疡作用机制的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察健胃愈疡片对消化性溃疡疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法利用健胃愈疡片治疗139例胃与十二指肠溃疡患者,观察其促溃疡愈合情况,并对比患者治疗前后胃液内NO浓度变化情况。结果健胃愈疡片对消化性溃疡治疗总有效率为92.1%;治疗后,胃液内NO浓度较前明显增加,P<0.05。结论健胃愈疡片对消化性溃疡有较好疗效,其促溃疡愈合机制之一可能与其促进患者体内NO释放有关。 Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Jianweiyuyang tablets on the peptic ulcer. Methods Terapeutic effect was observed in 139 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer treated by Jianweiyuyang tablets to compare the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) in gastric juice of patients before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of Jianweiyuyang tablets on the patients with peptic ulcer was 92.1%, and the contraction of NO in the gastric juice of patients increased obviously after treatment, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Jianweiyuyang tablets has better effect on peptic ulcer, which one of the mechanisms may be related with NO release in vivo in patients.
