转录因子Foxp3在肺癌患者中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

Expression of Transcription Factor Foxp3 and Its Clinical Significance in Patients with Lung Cancer

摘要 目的研究肺癌患者外周血和肿瘤组织中转录因子Foxp3表达水平的变化,探讨其在肺癌肿瘤免疫调节中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR检测手术前后、不同病理分期、不同组织类型肺癌患者外周血和肿瘤组织中Foxp3mRNA的表达水平。结果Foxp3基因在肺癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达水平显著高于外周血(t=5.978,P<0.01),外周血的表达水平高于健康对照组(t=2.111,P<0.05);临床Ⅲ期患者的表达量较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期显著升高(t=2.437,P<0.05);手术后外周血表达水平显著降低(t=2.404,P<0.05)。结论Foxp3基因表达上调与肺癌的发生、发展和预后有关,手术切除肿瘤有利于术后机体免疫功能的恢复。 Objective To study the expression of Transcription Factor Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood and tumor tissues of the patients with lung cancer, investigate its role in tumor immunoregulation. Methods RT-PCR was performed to analyze the expression of Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood and tumor tissues of the patients with lung cancer of various pathological stages, different histological types and pre-and post-surgery. Results the expression of Foxp3 mRNA in tumor tissues was higher significantly than mat in preipheral blood (t=5. 978, P〈0.01), the same result was found in peripheral blood between the patient and normal control (t=2.111, P〈0.01);the expression in peripheral blood significantly correlated to TNM stage,patients of stage Ⅲ showed higher expression man that of stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ (t=2.437, P〈0. 05); it was found the expression of Foxp3 gene notably decreaed after the surgery (t=2.404, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Foxp3 correlated to the development, progress and prognosis of lung cancer, and resection of the tumor would be favor to the recovery of human immunological function.
