摘要
目的为减少患者的皮肤损害,缩短解除股动脉压迫止血器的操作时间,研究解除股动脉压迫止血器的最佳方法。方法将100例患者随机分成两组,设为对照组和观察组各50例,分别采用常规法(温水湿透胶带,缓慢揭起)和改良法(温水湿透胶带,揭起时加用75%酒精纱布边擦边揭)进行对比研究。结果观察组的操作时间和患者的皮肤损害程度均少于对照组。结论解除股动脉压迫止血器采用改良法优于常规法。
The study by comparison between the two methods of lifting the femoral artery hemostasis device showed that the operat ing time and the extent of the patient＇s skin damage in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the improved method was much better than conventional method.
