社区综合防治对高尿酸血症患者治疗的影响

Influence of Community Health Care on Patients with Hyperuricemia

目的评价社区综合防治方法对高尿酸血症患者治疗效果的影响。方法对参与实验的确诊为高尿酸血症患者136名进行社区健康教育、饮食、服药综合指导,对比干预前后患者对高尿酸血症认知、血压、BMI、血尿酸、血脂等指标的变化情况。结果患者对高尿酸血症认识明显提高,血尿酸、血脂、BMI明显下降。结论社区综合防治对高尿酸血症患者改善生存质量具有显著的效果。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of community health care on treatment of patients with hyperuricemia. Methods 136 confirmed hyperuricemia patients were guided with community health education, diet and medicatione to compare the the changes of knowledge of hyperuricemia, blood pressure, BMI, blood uric acid and blood fat before and after the intervention. Results The patients improved obviously their knowledge of hyperuricemia, and their blood urio acid, blood fat, BMI reduced significantly. Conclusion Community health care has significant effect on patients with hyperuricemia in improving their quality of life.
