随着电子模块功率密度的不断增加,寻找一种经济有效的散热方法受到日益广泛的关注。文章论述了电力电子装置变流器冷却的基本原理、技术进展,以及分析方法。
As the constant increase of power density for electric module, looking for an economical and effective cooling method has been gradually concerned. It is described the basic principles, technical development and analysis approaches of converter cooling for power electronic devices.
