摘要
应用SCGE方法体外检测NaAsO2、HgCl2、Pb(NO3)2对人外周血淋巴细胞造成的DNA损伤。结果表明,SCGE方法非常灵敏,能检测到很低剂量的NaAsO2和HgCl2所引起人外周血淋巴细胞的DNA断裂,而且该法还具有快速、花费少等优点。
The effects of NaAsO_ 2,HgCl 2 and Pb(NO_3)_2 on DNA damage in human peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected by SCGE.The results showed that SCGE could detect DNA damage in human peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by very low doses of NaAsO_2 and HgCl_2 in vitro.It's suggested that SCGE could be used as a sensitive,rapid and low cost method for detecting DNA damage of certainmetal toxicants.\ \
