用单细胞凝胶电泳检测砷、汞、铅致DNA损伤的研究

The study of As,Hg and Pb on DNA damage in human lymphocytes by using SCGE

应用ＳＣＧＥ方法体外检测ＮａＡｓＯ２、ＨｇＣｌ２、Ｐｂ（ＮＯ３）２对人外周血淋巴细胞造成的ＤＮＡ损伤。结果表明，ＳＣＧＥ方法非常灵敏，能检测到很低剂量的ＮａＡｓＯ２和ＨｇＣｌ２所引起人外周血淋巴细胞的ＤＮＡ断裂，而且该法还具有快速、花费少等优点。

The effects of NaAsO_ 2,HgCl 2 and Pb(NO_3)_2 on DNA damage in human peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected by SCGE.The results showed that SCGE could detect DNA damage in human peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by very low doses of NaAsO_2 and HgCl_2 in vitro.It's suggested that SCGE could be used as a sensitive,rapid and low cost method for detecting DNA damage of certainmetal toxicants.\ \
