盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产的临床观察及护理体会

Clinical Observation and Nursing Experience on Treating Preeclampsia Premature Delivery with Ritodrine Hydrochloride

目的探讨利托君治疗先兆早产的临床效果与护理体会。方法选择36例先兆早产的孕妇,将盐酸利托君注射液100mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液500ml中静脉滴注,从5滴/min开始,每10min增加5滴/min,根据疗效调整滴速,最大量不超过35滴/min,待宫缩消失后至少持续滴注12h,再改用口服利托君片,同时根据孕妇出现的药物的不良反应给予相应的护理措施。结果用药后36例孕妇均出现不同程度的心慌、头晕等不适,但给予相应的护理后多能缓解,而宫缩多能得到有效抑制,妊娠周期明显延长,其中28例孕妇延长至足月分娩。结论盐酸利托君可作为一种有效的宫缩抑制剂,治疗先兆早产效果确切,但因其有较明显的不良反应,临床使用过程中离不开护理人员密切观察及采用相应的护理措施。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing experience on treating preeclampsia premature delivery with Ritodrine Hydrochloride.Methods 36 cases pregnant women with preeclampsia premature delivery were treated with Ritodrine Hydrochloride（Ritodrine for short）.100 mg Ritodrine was added into 5% glucose solution（500 ml）.The speed of vein drop was 5 gtt/min,and increased 5 gtt/min every 10 minutes according to curative effect,with a maximum of 35 gtt/min.This procedure lasted 12 h after the palace＇s shrink vanishes,then it need to take orally inhibitor.Nursing measures were taken according to the pregnant women＇s adverse reaction.Results All of the 36 cases pregnant women appeared nervous and giddiness,but the major patients can alleviate by coordinating with relative nursing,and the palace shrinks were inhibited,the pregnancy cycle was lengthened obviously.Among them,28 cases were lengthened to 37 weeks or more.Conclusion Ritodrine Hydrochloride may be used as a effective inhibitor to palace shrinks,and a good treatment for preeclampsia premature delivery,but it must be used with nurses＇ observation and the correlate nursing weel.
