Theory and Policy Consideration for Middle Area Rise

中部地区占全国GDP的比重在下降,在全国经济活动的影响力在下降,特别是其内部的关联性或其内在的经济空间正在衰败成一个非密集的状态,即"中部地区边缘化"。经济全球化的日益加深是中部地区突然边缘化的一个重要因素。当前,中国经济发展方式的转变、区域发展宏观环境的变化,为"中部崛起"创造了条件;发展新经济是中西部落后地区实现跨越式发展的重要出路。

The GDP proportion of middle area to China is decreasing and its influence of economic activity on China is decreasing, especially, its inner relevance or its inner economic space is declining to a non-dense state, which is marginalization of middle area. The deepening of economic globalization is an important factor for middle area to be marginalized. Presently, the change of China economic development manner and the changing of macro-environment of regional development create the condition for middle area to rise, and the development of new economy is an important way for middle area to realize leapfrogging development.
