Abstract： The network＇ s rapid development has brought new opportunities to the university＇ s ideological and political education. As well as, the network is the double - edged sword which has also brought unprecedented challenges to the university＇ s ideological and political education work. In network times, ideological and political education must be reformed in the following aspects teachers＇ quality, educational content, teaching methods and so on with the times, in order to undertake the responsibilities of training qualified personnel.
