摘要
双性化人格是一种兼有男女两性人格优点的综合的人格类型,是一种心理健康水平较高的人格模式,双性化人格成为一种性别角色发展的新趋势。双性化人格理论对儿童早期教育的启示:转变传统的性别观念、因性施教,培养集两性优点于一身的儿童;适当提高幼儿园男性教师比例,增加低幼阶段男性影响力;以游戏为切入点实施正确的性别角色教育;幼儿园要慎选读物。
Androgyny is a personality type with the characteristics of both genders and has become more and more popular day by day. The author analyses main merits of Androgyny Theory and then suggests its implication to the early childhood's gender-role education: change traditional gender-role idea and foster children on the basis of sexual differentiation; raise the proportion of male teachers in the kindergarten appropriately to increase the influence of male in the early childhood; practice proper gender-role education from the point of game; select book seriously.
