浅谈槽式预埋件在幕墙中的应用

Discussion to application of channel pre-embedment on curtain wall

建筑幕墙的埋件分为预埋件和后补埋件两种,而预埋件通常又分为平板预埋件和槽式预埋件。对于槽式预埋件,我们是从上个世纪80年代随着建筑幕墙在我国飞速发展后才渐渐使用的,因此我们对它的掌握程度相对要少一些。本文就槽式预埋件组成、优缺点、埋设方式、受力状态及计算实例等方面,做一个粗浅的陈述。

The embedment of curtain wall can be divided into two types which are pre-embedment and patch embedment, and the pre-embedment can be divided into plate pre-embedment and channel pre-embedment. For channel pre-embedment which has been gradually applied since 80＇ s of last century with the rapid development of structural curtain wall in China, we don＇ t know much about it. This article will present a simple introduction to the channel pre-embedment from the following aspects： the component, the advantages and disadvantages, embedment methods, force state, and calculation examples.
