摘要
本文从惯性矩的定义和一些基本的公式出发,并结合型材弯曲的基本理论,从型材弯曲过程中截面中性层的内移和截面的扭曲变形两方面考虑,阐述弯曲过程中惯性矩的变化,并给出计算公式,为型材弯曲的自动化提供理论基础。
The paper is based on the definition of moment of inertia and some basic numeration formula. It also combines with the basic principles of bending. It considers two sides of the shift of neutral layer of cross-section and twisting distortion of crosssection for bending of profile. The paper explains the changes of moment of inertia for the bending process and gives the numeration formula of moment of inertia. It provides the theoretical basis for automative bending.
