摘要
目的建立罗汉果中13种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。方法样品以丙酮∶石油醚(1∶1)超声提取15 min,提取液使用含10%H2O浓H2SO4磺化净化,采用CP-Sil5CB石英毛细管柱分离样品,GC-ECD测定有机氯农药的残留量。结果加样回收率范围为80.3%~121.9%,RSD为2.8%~6.8%。结论所建立的方法快速简便且成本低。
Objective Gas chromatography was established for 13 organochlorine pesticide residues in siraitia grosvenorii. Methods The sample was extracted ultrasonically at the ratio of 1 : 1 between acetone and petroleum ether. The extract solvent was purified by concentrated sulphuric acid with 10% H20 contained. CP- Sil5CB capillary column was used to separate the sample. GC -ECD was applied to determine the residues of organochlorine pesticide. Results The percentage recoveries were ranged from 80.3% to 121.9% and RSD were from 2.8% to 6.8%. Conclusion The method established is quick and simple in operation and low in cost.
