爆发于美国的次贷危机已演化为金融危机,其对全球的影响逐步波及到实体经济,而在实体经济中,首当其冲的就是出口贸易。作为环渤海区域经济增长极,外向型经济发展特征显著的滨海新区出口贸易亦不可幸免,进出口贸易和外贸依存度出现同时下降。本文在对滨海新区出口贸易发展现状分析的基础上,着重探讨了金融危机对滨海新区出口贸易影响及其成因,并结合当前国际形势的变化,提出了滨海新区应对出口贸易下滑的策略与建议。

America＇ s Subprime Mortgage Crisis has evolved into the Financial Crisis, whose impact on global economy is gradually spreading into entity economy as well as export trade in particular. The Binhai New Area is the economic growth pole in the region of the Bohai Sea. The export-oriented economy of the Binhai New Area is hit hard by the Financial Crisis, and the import and export trade and degree of dependence on export trade fall simultaneously. The paper analyses the situation of export trade in the Binhai New Area, explores the impacts of the Financial Crisis on export trade, and offers some proposals for developing export trade in the present situation.
