摘要
采用ANSYS软件对发动机连杆进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,提取了前4阶模态,分析了连杆的固有频率、振型,找到了变形最大区域,并进行了谐响应分析,为连杆设计提供理论依据并为优化结构打下了基础。
The first 4 modes for engine connecting rod were obtained through modal and harmonic analysis using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The region of maximum deformation was found through analyzing the natural frequency and vibration mode shaped of connecting rod, together with Harmonic analysis, providing connecting rod design with theoretical foundation and optimized structure.
