指出了目前汽车转向油罐设计应用存在的问题,探讨了转向系对转向油罐的技术要求,阐述了CQZG系列汽车转向油罐总成结构与原理,参照ZF公司汽车转向油罐滤芯安全开启压力、系列转向油罐额定流量、出油口的结构,在原红岩128系列转向油罐的基础上进行CQZG的汽车转向油罐的优化设计。

The problems of the steering oil tank exist in design and application at present were indicated, and the technical requirements of steering system for oil tank were discussed. The structure and principle of CQZG series steering oil tank was described assembly. Reference the safety opening pressure of filter, rating flux, outlet structure of ZF series vehicle steering oil tank, achieved design optimization of CQZG steering oil tank which base on the original hongyan 128 series products.
