米索前列醇治疗产后出血的临床分析

目的:探讨米索前列醇治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法:在胎儿娩出后,采用肌注静点缩宫素20U,麦角0.2mg,按摩子宫等方法,仍未见好转,在阴道流血超过500ml的情况下,口服米索前列醇片400mg,同时阴道内后穹隆放置米索前列醇200mg,3min内立即止血,当胎儿娩出后,待羊水流尽,立即在产妇臀下放接血器至产后2h,测量失血量,并记录口服米索前列醇前后血压、脉搏及用药出现的副作用。结果:经临床观察,米索前列醇效果好,服药前后的血压、脉搏比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:米索前列醇治疗产后出血(迟缓性子宫出血)简便、安全、高效。

Results： The clinical observation,miso prostol effective, medication before and after the blood pressure, the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Misoprostol treatment of postpartum hemorrhage （delayed uterine bleeding） is simple, safe and efficient.
