借鉴美国热处理技术发展路线图探讨了我国热处理现状和今后的发展。提出为了进一步发展并缩小与国外热处理的差距需要重点解决的3个问题,即:充分认识到机械制造企业中热处理的重要性,防止人才流失以及开发热处理新技术,最后提出了我国目前急需解决的几个热处理技术问题。

Using the development roadmap of heat treatment technology of the United States as a source of reference,this paper discusses not only the current status but also the future development of heat treatment in China.In order to further develop and narrow the gap between China and the international heat treatment industry,there are three main issues that need to be addressed.These include recognizing the importance of heat treatment in the mechanical manufacturing industry,preventing the loss of talent to other industries,and developing new heat treatment technology.This paper also details several technical issues in heat treatment that need urgent attention in China.
