摘要
用膨胀法测定65Mn钢的CCT曲线。得到了高碳线材在连续冷却过程中组织转变的特点,确定了控冷工艺的冷速范围,为了得到最多的索氏体,需将65Mn钢相变时的冷速控制在1-3℃/s。此结果对实际生产有指导作用。
Continuous cooling transformation curve of 65Mn steel was determined by dilatometric method.Characteristics of microstructure transformation of high-carbon wire rod during continuous cooling process and domain of cooling rates of 65Mn steel were obtained.In order to obtain a great quantity of sorbite for 65Mn steel,the cooling rate in the phase transformation period is between 1 ℃/s and 3 ℃/s.This result can provide guidance for practical production control.
