摘要
从显微组织、性能、使用维护等方面对Cr12Mo1V1钢森吉米尔轧机工作辊端面掉块原因进行分析。结果表明,轧钢过程中工作辊端面升温、局部发生组织转变和工作辊端面硬度偏低是工作辊端面失效的主要原因。提高工作辊端面硬度和加强轧辊使用管理以后,工作辊的使用寿命得到提高。
Microstructure,properties of the working roller and utilization and maintenance were investigated to analyze the cause of end spalling of Cr12Mo1V1 steel working roller.The results show that the main failure cause is temperature rising,partial mircrostructure transformation and insufficient hardness on the end of working roller during rolling.The service life of working roller prolongs after increasing hardness on the end of working roller and improving the management of rolling mill maintenance.
