摘要
切实加强辅导员队伍建设，是全面贯彻党的教育方针和深入贯彻落实中共中央16号文件精神的重要举措，也是辅导员走向职业化、专业化发展道路的重要途径。在对湖南省95所普通高校辅导员队伍建设情况进行问卷调查研究的基础上，提出了加强辅导员队伍建设必须强化五项机制，即坚持准入机制，强化培养机制，拓宽发展机制，健全考核机制，建立保障机制。
Strengthening the construction of instructor group earnestly is an important action which can implement party＇s educational policy comprehensively and the Central Committee of the CCP 16th document spirit thoroughly, and also an important way that the instructor moves towards the professionalization and specialization. Through investigating and studying the current situation of construction of college instructor group of 95 colleges in Hunan province, the author proposes five measures that can strengthen the instructor group construction, that is, insisting on the admittance mechanism, strengthening the raise mechanism, expanding the development mechanism, improving the evaluation mechanism and establishing the safeguard mechanism.
