摘要
提出并深入研究差动Boost直流变换器型高频环节逆变器的电路拓扑、控制策略、稳态原理特性和关键电路参数设计准则,并给出原理实验结果。这类逆变器是由2个相同的、输出反相低频正弦脉动直流电压的高频电气隔离双向功率流Boost直流变换器以差动电路构成。研究结果表明,这类逆变器具有高频电气隔离、电路拓扑简洁、双向功率流、输入电流纹波小、负载短路时可靠性高、输出容量大等优点,拓宽和丰富了电力电子学高频环节逆变技术理论。
The circuit topology, control strategy, steady principle and characteristic, and design criteria of key circuit parameters of the differential Boost DC-DC converter mode inverter with high frequency link were proposed and deeply investigated. The principle test also was given. This kind of inverter is differentially constituted of two same Boost DC-DC converters with out of phase low-frequency sine pulsate DC output voltage. The research results have demonstrated that this kind of inverter has the advantages such as high frequency electrical isolation, simple topology, bi-direction power flow, small input ripple current, strong adaptability to various loads, high reliability at short circuit. High frequency link's inverting technologies theory in power electronics has been broaden and deepen.
