摘要
低频下测量铁磁元件的伏安特性能够弥补工频试验的不足,低频试验方法已被列入一些标准中。但是目前的低频电源试验方法,没有对铁心损耗、绕组直流电阻等因素的影响进行充分的分析,使得低频试验结果和工频实测结果之间存在较大的差异。对铁磁元件的等效模型进行分析,提出一种采用低频变频电源的试验方法和补偿计算方法。推导出一组补偿计算公式,对铁磁元件的铁损及绕组直流电阻的影响进行补偿,使补偿后的低频试验数据与工频实测结果具有良好的一致性。
Measuring ferromagnetic component volt- ampere characteristic in low frequency condition can offset deficiency of power-frequency experiment. The low frequency experimental method has been listed in some criterion, but it does not analyze the effect of core loss and winding direct-current resistance and so on. The experiment of low frequency and power-frequency differ greatly. The equivalent model of ferromagnetic component was analyzed. A experiment and compensation calculation method was brought out using low frequency and frequency conversion power. The compensating ferromagnetic component loss and winding direct-current resistance effect calculation formula was deduced. So the low frequency and power-frequency experimental results fit well through compensation.
