中药外敷配合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Effect of herbal penetration therapy combined with sacrum and caudal block in treatment of lumbar disc protrusion

目的观察中药外敷配合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法回顾性分析中药外敷配合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症267例,以10天为一疗程,观察两个疗程,治疗后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和日本矫形外科学会(JOA)腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表评定疗效。结果患者治疗后疼痛症状减轻,腰椎功能改善明显,其中治愈92例(34.45%)、显效104例(38.95%)、有效42例(15.73%)、无效29例(10.86%)。结论中药外敷配合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、简单而有效,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Objective To observe the effect of herbal penetration therapy combined with sacrum and caudal block in treatment of lumbar disc protrusion. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 267 cases of lumbar disc protrusion, treated with herbal penetration therapy combined with sacrum and caudal block by 10 days in one course of treatment. After two courses, we used the score of Visual Analog Scale （ VAS ） and lumbar vertebrae disease therapy scale designed by Japanese Orthopedic Association （JOA） to assess the efficacy. Results After treatment, pain alleviated and lumbar function improved significantly with 92 cases cured （34, 45%）, 104 cases improved （38. 95%）, 42 cases responsed （15. 73%） and 29 cases ineffective （10.86%）. Conclusion The method of herbal penetration therapy combined with sacrum and caudal block is safe, simple and effective for lumbar disc protrusion.
