Details that Facilitate Successful Breastfeeding

目的 探讨产科母乳喂养工作中的细节，提高母乳喂养成功率。方法 将179例产妇随机分为实验组88例，对照组91例。实验组在常规母乳喂养指导下，加以人文关怀，做好各环节的细致工作，协助并督导母乳喂养。对照组仅行常规母乳喂养指导。访视产后6个月纯母乳喂养及几乎纯母乳喂养人数情况,并进行比较。结果 实验组母乳喂养成功率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 做好母乳喂养工作中的细节,消除产妇紧张、焦虑情绪，缓解产妇心理压力，正确指导母乳喂养技巧，增强产妇母乳喂养信心，提高母乳喂养成功率。

Objective To investigate whether doing a good job in details can facilitate the success of breastfeeding. Methods 179 lying-in women were randomly divided into test group （88 eases） and control group （91 cases）. Beside routine instructions, the test group also received hhmanistic care, and detailed care which facilitate breasffeeding; while control group received only routine instructions. The number of full and nearly full breasffeeding infants was counted at 6 months, and a comparison was made. Results the successful rate of hreastfeeding of the test group is higher than that of the control group. There is a significant statistical difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Doing a good job in details can facilitate the success of breastfeeding in terms of relieving the anxiety of lying-in women, easing the psychological pressure, helping them to master the feeding skill, and strengthening their confidence in hreasffeeding.
