调经益母片的药理作用

Pharmacological Actions of Tiaojing Yimu Tablet

为探讨调经益母片调经作用的药理作用基础，观察了该药不同剂量组对大鼠血清雌二醇（Ｅ２）子宫平滑肌的影响及其镇痛镇静作用，并与妇坤丸对照。结果：益母片可增加ＳＤ雌性大鼠雌二醇（Ｅ２）的含量，与生理盐水组比较，Ｐ＜０．０５；可增强离体子宫平滑肌的收缩力，与药前比较Ｐ＜０．０１；增强在体子宫平滑肌的收缩强度，与药前比较或与乐氏液对照组比较，Ｐ＜０．０１；提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈值，与生理盐水组比较，Ｐ＜０．０１；可增加戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠维持时间，与生理盐水组比较，Ｐ＜０．０１。提示调经益母片调经作用可能是提高雌二醇（Ｅ２）的含量，增强子宫平滑肌的收缩强度，镇痛及镇静等作用的体现。

The pharmacological actions of Tiaojing Yimu tablet (TYT) were studied in this paper. The results showed that compared with the normal saline group, TYT increased the content of estradiol in SD female rat (P< 0.05 ) and the pain threshold to hot stimulation in NIH mouse (P< 0.01 ),prolonged the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital in NIH mouse(P< 0.01 ).The contractility of the isolated uterus and the contraction intensity of in-body uterus increased after administration of TYT.It is indicated that the mechanism of TYT in regulating menstruation may be related to the increase of the content of estradiol, the contraction intensity of uterus,and the analgesic and sedative actions.
