摘要
目的研究冠状动脉性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者血小板表面纤维蛋白原结合位点(PAC-1)、膜糖蛋白P-选择素(CD 62P)、GPⅡbⅢa(CD 41a)和GPⅠb/Ⅸ(CD 42b)的变化及临床意义。方法用流式细胞术(FCM)观察53例CHD患者及30名正常人PAC-1、CD 62P、CD 41a和CD 42b表达。结果CHD患者PAC-1、CD 62P、CD 41a异常增高(P<0.01),CD 42b降低(P<0.05)。结论CHD患者伴有血小板活化,存在高凝状态病理基础,容易导致血栓的形成。
Objective To evalnate the changes of PAC- 1, CD 62P, CD 41a and CD 42b on platelets in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD). Methods Flowcytometry was used to investigate the difference of platelet surface membrane glycoproteins PAC-1, CD 62P, CD 41a and CD 42b. expression on 53 patients with CHD and 30 healthy individuals. Results PAC- 1 ,CD 62P and CD 41a, which are the markers of platelet activation in patients with CHD patients, were obviously abnormal increase ( P 〈 0.01 ) , while CD 42b was significant decrease ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Coronary heart disease patients with active platelet had pathological basis of the hypercoagulable state, which easily led to the formation of thrombus.
