摘要
在矿石的冲击影响下,重型板式给料机的链板及其支撑辊系中的轴承经常发生破坏,使重型板式给料机频频出现故障。本文应用有限元分析软件对矿石冲击链板以及支撑机构(由槽钢、工字钢组成的受力结构)进行仿真分析,得知在冲击过程中,链板刚性支撑处的应力很大;链板以及支撑机构的变形,使得原来的5点支撑变成两端2点支撑,加剧了链板与辊系轴承的破坏。通过对重型板式给料机链板支撑机构的冲击特性分析,对改进重型板式给料机具有一定的指导作用。
Under the impact of the ore, chain plate of the heavy plank feeding machine and the bearings in its supporting roller are often damaged, which make the heavy plank feeding machine failure frequently. In this paper, the simulation analysis was done on the process that the ore impacts chain plate and supporting mechanism (the force structure which is composed by channel steel and I-beam) was carried out. By the simulation can known that, during the impact process, the great stress is on the rigid support of chain plate. And the original five-point support change into two-point because of the deformation of the chain plate and supporting mechanism, which aggravated the damage on bearings of the chain plate and rolls. The analysis on the impact characteristics of supporting mechanism of chain plate in the heavy plank feeding machine can play a guiding role in improving the heavy plank feeding machine.
