钛合金TC4深孔钻削切削用量的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在研究了钛合金材料切削性能的基础上,针对钛合金的难加工性,选用了焊接式硬质合金刀具,并优化选择了不同的切削用量进行钻削试验。通过处理试验数据,确定了加工钛合金TC4的切削用量规律。 Based on the study of cutting properties of titanium alloy, and according to its features of difficult to machining, welding carbide tools were selected in the tests of machining for titanium alloy, and then the optimization for a different amount of cutting parameters was carried out for the drilling test. The analysis of the experiments results shows that the suitable cutting parameters for titanium alloy TC4 deep-hole drilling is identified.
